AS Homes (Scotland) Ltd, one of Scotland’s prominent house builders, has been granted planning consent for a new £17 million development in Paisley.

The plans include 132 homes for social rent and sale at Love Street, built for Sanctuary Scotland Housing Association, one of the country’s leading social landlords. Plans and information about the development were submitted to Renfrewshire Council in December 2016.

The National:

The homes will be two and three-bedroom, two-storey terraced and semi-detached houses.

Paul Kelly, managing director of AS Homes (Scotland) said: “This is great news for Paisley as it will deliver a major economic boost, creating jobs and much-needed new social housing for the area.”
