The Falkirk Gateway site covers 50 acres
FALKIRK Council has officially launched its Falkirk Gateway development, kick-starting its marketing efforts to attract local, national and international investment to the site.
The council created the development to entice investors and boost economic prosperity. Commercial property advisor GVA is marketing the site.
Funded using Falkirk’s innovative Tax Incremental Funding model, initial plans for the 50-acre Gateway include the formation of a new urban quarter, with £17m of pump-priming investment.
Developments already under the Falkirk Gateway umbrella, including the state-of-the-art Falkirk Community Stadium and delivery of a new £83m STEM-focused Forth Valley College campus.
