WITH the January sales underway, Zero Waste Scotland is urging bargain hunters to miss the mayhem without compromising on quality.

By visiting their local Revolve-certified store and buying second-hand, shoppers can help reduce waste and find great brands at great prices – be it on clothes, books, furniture and toys.

More than 100 stores across Scotland are now certified with the national Revolve standard – a quality kitemark that lets shoppers know they are buying high-quality goods from a reputable retailer and can expect an excellent customer experience.

In addition, buying from the stores has the added benefit that it helps the planet and supports local social enterprises and good causes.

As well as stores in the likes of Falkirk, Glasgow and Inverness, there are three Revolve-certified re-use and repair superstores in Blythswood Care’s Highlands hub in Dingwall, the Edinburgh Remakery, and the ReStyle Argyll e-hub.
