SOME of Scotland’s leading technology companies are on a shortlist of finalists for this year’s Digital Technology Awards run by ScotlandIS, the trade body for the sector.

Now in their eighth year, the awards celebrate the talent and innovation in Scotland’s digital technologies industry. The judging panel includes experts, champions and influencers from across the sector.

“We are a small country with outstanding capabilities reflected in the diversity, scale and innovation of the companies on the shortlist,” said ScotlandIS CEO, Polly Purvis.

“We’ve received entries from so many exciting companies who are growing and developing new products and services in response to the opportunities created by the pace of change in the digital world, creating tough choices for the judges. The continued success of the industry is reflected in the awards, which highlight the wealth of opportunities available to those considering a career in this vibrant sector,” she added.
