Butcher Frank Yorke hopes to help his loved-up customers
DUNDEE butchers Yorkes is hoping to make the most of Valentine’s Day by offering customers advice about how to prepare the perfect romantic dinner.
The butcher shop – alongside other Scotch Butchers Club members across Scotland – will display new Simply Steaks booklets and sauce recipe cards, as well as offering one-to-one advice for anyone keen to impress with a steak dinner.
Butcher Frank Yorke said: “Say what you will about oysters and chocolates, there’s no better way to someone’s heart than a succulent Scotch beef steak.
“We are always asked for recipe ideas and I know from feedback that my suggestions have definitely worked a treat for a couple of our customers.”
