HARDIES Property & Construction consultants has been successful on a £1 million term commission submission for Glasgow Kelvin College to provide a range of services.

The commission will see Hardies provide services to deal with buildings requiring refurbishments, listed buildings works, and an investigation into structural subsidence at the college’s Easterhouse site.

Craig Gilmour, deputy managing partner at Hardies, said: “We are delighted to secure this commission for a comprehensive range of projects to be delivered this financial year.

“We are also very happy to continue working with the College based on previous works having finished on budget and on time.

“These projects will be carried out in an extremely tight time period, though Hardies is best placed to provide these because of our multi-disciplinary approach to client service provision."
