The Bonham Hotel in Edinburgh’s West End
BESPOKE Hotels has acquired Edinburgh’s 49-bedroom Bonham Hotel, adding to the group’s growing Scottish portfolio.
US-based businessman and philanthropist Richard Driehaus, who recently purchased the hotel, said: “Scotland has always held a special appeal to me, which began with my interest in the beautiful Art Nouveau works produced by artists including Charles Rennie Mackintosh and Margaret Macdonald. I am proud to join the Edinburgh community.”
Haydn Fentum, CEO of Bespoke Hotels, said: “We are fortunate to have come on board at a very exciting time in the property’s development, as we seek to consolidate its well-earned reputation and invite travellers to explore this beautiful city.”
