New arrival: Paul McGinn in his days at Dundee.
Partick Thistle are set to sign former Dundee and St Mirren defender Paul McGinn.
The right-sided defender had been on the radar of fellow Premiership club Motherwell in recent weeks, but he will sign a one-year deal at Firhill subject to a medical.
McGinn, the brother of Hibs' midfielder John and St Mirren captain Stephen, was recently released from his contract at Chesterfield, leaving him free join the Jags.
