DISGRACED columnist Katie Hopkins announced yesterday she will be speaking to pupils at schools in Scotland, only to be shut down by Scotland's education secretary.

The former LBC host, who lost her position with the radio station after calling for a "final solution" for Muslims, has claimed that she will be speaking at Scottish state schools as part of her Stand Strong Tour.

The tour, which claims there are no wrong opinions, has led to the Scottish Government stating that Hopkins is not someone they would choose to invite.

However, a much swifter shutdown took place on Twitter.

Hopkins tweeted that she waited with "baited breath" to find out the opinion of the Scottish Education Secretary John Swinney on whether or not she was too "unkind" for Scotland.

Swinney was quick to share that opinion, responding to say "It's "bated" breath, as anyone hoping to educate our youngsters should know."

Now we can all look forward to Hopkins shouting about censorship when nobody cares enough to invite her to speak.
