TELEVISION antiques expert Natasha Raskin Sharp was yesterday inundated with people who had dug out their old artefacts and taken them along to a garden centre for a valuation.

Together with specialist valuers from Glasgow’s McTear’s Auctioneers, the presenter of BBC’s Bargain Hunt Natasha was at Cardwell Garden Centre, Gourock to offer valuations on art, jewellery, watches, coins, ceramics and antiques of all types.

The Antiques Valuation Day also raised money for charity, as the £3 charge for having two items valued by Natasha or her colleagues will be split between Ardgowan Hospice and Children in Poverty Inverclyde charities.

Natasha has also appeared on TV’s Antiques Road Trip, Flog It! and For What It’s Worth.
