The use of the term "gammon" has exploded recently. Tired of such slurs as "snowflake" and "cuck", some on the left have seized on the opportunity in order to enact some sort of revenge.
Below, we take a look at some of the best Twitter responses – from those defining the term, to those resisting it, as well as a hashtag encouraging the twitterati to come up with some gammon-inspired song titles and lyrics.
The definition
