A MURAL in memory of Frightened Rabbit lead singer Scott Hutchison has been unveiled in Glasgow.

News of his passing was a blow to Scotland's music community and fans of his band.

The colourful mural in recognition of Scott was unveiled at the Scottish Street Food Festival during the weekend.

Completed by artist Michael Corry, the piece will be on display near the Riverside museum until the end of the week.

Michael posted a picture of his work on his Instagram account.

He said: “Just finished this mural near the Riverside Museum in Glasgow.

“After last week’s news about Scott, I wanted to make something to pay tribute to him and @frabbits. The piece will be on display for a week.”

The frontman was found dead on May 10 after a two-day search.
