AN independent Scottish law firm has promoted corporate and commercial lawyer, Chris Gibson to partner.
Gibson, pictured, far left, manages a broad range of corporate and commercial work at Gillespie Macandrew and is a member of the Scottish Legal Awards’ newly recognised Corporate Deal Team of the Year 2018.
His experience includes acquisitions and investments and he has advised on some of the largest deals in Scotland
Gibson has particular expertise working with high growth businesses and has assisted several clients in the fast growing digital technology sector to scale up their businesses and achieve a successful exit.
