Rangers must "believe" they can still be crowned Scottish Premiership champions despite their faltering form.
That's the opinion of former Ibrox captain, Barry Ferguson, as he addressed comments from ex-Rangers teammate, Kris Boyd, who took aim at manager Philippe Clement and declared Celtic as winners following the 0-0 draw against Dundee on Wednesday.
Sky Sports pundit Boyd disagreed with Clement's evaluation of the Rangers' performance at Dens Park, where they were booed off by a disgruntled away end.
The stalemate resulted in Celtic holding a three-point lead at the league summit, aided by their superior goal difference - with five games to go.
But Ferguson isn't writing off Rangers just yet after experiencing numerous title run-in's during his 18-year playing career.

"I have been in football long enough to realise anything can happen. It is still possible for Rangers," he told the Go Radio Football Show.
"And from a Rangers point of view they have got to believe that. They are going to have to do it the hardest way possible and if you look back on the last couple of games I can see why people are saying it's not going to happen for Rangers, but listen, I know how football operates.
"I have been involved in a couple of these run-in's in the past and while you are still involved you have got to believe."
Why are you making commenting on The National only available to subscribers?
We know there are thousands of National readers who want to debate, argue and go back and forth in the comments section of our stories. We’ve got the most informed readers in Scotland, asking each other the big questions about the future of our country.
Unfortunately, though, these important debates are being spoiled by a vocal minority of trolls who aren’t really interested in the issues, try to derail the conversations, register under fake names, and post vile abuse.
So that’s why we’ve decided to make the ability to comment only available to our paying subscribers. That way, all the trolls who post abuse on our website will have to pay if they want to join the debate – and risk a permanent ban from the account that they subscribe with.
The conversation will go back to what it should be about – people who care passionately about the issues, but disagree constructively on what we should do about them. Let’s get that debate started!
