WHO is William Mountbatten-Windsor to try to tell us about homelessness on a TV show? How does all his inherited wealth and privilege qualify him to address this issue?

Like his mother before him, he is nothing other than a shameless self-publicist. Who can forget the photographs of her striding bravely past a minefield sign wearing a face shield but her feet and legs protected only by a pair of sandals and a pair of thin calf-length trousers? This family certainly know how to feign concern by means of set up fakery so to tug at public heartstrings.

Can we please have a stop to all the fawning and sycophancy so that we can rid ourselves of the distraction that is the monarchy? Then perhaps an independent Scotland can get on with genuine pursuit of social justice.
