Reader John Macadam sent in this photo of Anstruther’s Dreel Burn Mill, where he says his ancestors worked back in 1730. A blast from the past indeed!

Tor Södergren took this picture of Loch An Eilein, which in Gaelic means Loch of the Island, while he was knee-deep in ice cold water straight from the high mountains.
