ANOTHER 17 people have died after testing positive for Covid-19, the latest statistics show.
A further 7676 cases were also recorded in the latest Scottish Government figures.
This means the death toll under this measurement, of people who tested positive for the virus in the previous 28 days, has risen to 10,407.

Some 1042 people were in hospital on Thursday with recently confirmed coronavirus, down 41 on the day before.

Of these, 27 were in intensive care, down two on the day before.
In total, 4,418,804 people have received their first dose of a Covid vaccination, 4,132,928 have received their second dose, and 3,310,626 have received a third dose or booster.
