Rural beauty spots across Scotland have been named among the most picturesque and "picture-perfect" in the whole of the UK.
These five locations include islands, a breathtaking loch and even a town.
The data was gathered by looking at the country's favourite picturesque locations based on polling data from 2000 UK adults.
With that said, here are the Scottish spots named in Sky Mobile's research.
The 5 Scottish destinations named the most picturesque in the UK
The Scottish locations named among the most picturesque in the UK were the Isle of Skye, Fort William, Orkney, Loch Awe and Fair Isle in Shetland.

Fort William in the Highlands was fourth with 11% naming it their favourite spot. This was quickly followed up by Orkney in fifth then Loch Awe and Fair Isle in sixth and ninth respectively.
Here is the full list, including those from Scotland:

Some 50% cited the abundance of lovely locations with 31% doing so because of the cost of living crisis.
The respondents also revealed their wish list when it comes to a destination with 51% wanting beautiful landscapes and 45% wanting peace and quiet.
Why are you making commenting on The National only available to subscribers?
We know there are thousands of National readers who want to debate, argue and go back and forth in the comments section of our stories. We’ve got the most informed readers in Scotland, asking each other the big questions about the future of our country.
Unfortunately, though, these important debates are being spoiled by a vocal minority of trolls who aren’t really interested in the issues, try to derail the conversations, register under fake names, and post vile abuse.
So that’s why we’ve decided to make the ability to comment only available to our paying subscribers. That way, all the trolls who post abuse on our website will have to pay if they want to join the debate – and risk a permanent ban from the account that they subscribe with.
The conversation will go back to what it should be about – people who care passionately about the issues, but disagree constructively on what we should do about them. Let’s get that debate started!
