FOUR people have been rushed to hospital following a "wall collapse" at a Scottish building site.
Emergency services were called to the incident at Rillbank Crescent in Edinburgh, off the Meadows, at around 11am on Wednesday.
Four ambulances, two special operations response teams (SORT), and a critical care paramedic were called to the scene.
Eyewitnesses told The National that a wall collapsed at the construction site after being hit by a crane.

Four men were taken from the building site to the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh and their condition is currently unknown.
Police were also called and are currently still at the scene. Officers have said the Health and Safety Executive has been notified.
The site has been shut down while emergency services are attending.
A Scottish Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We received a call at 11:01 to attend an incident on Rillbank Crescent, Edinburgh.
“Four ambulances, two special operations response teams (SORT), and a critical care paramedic were dispatched to the scene.
“Four patients were transported to the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh.”
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 11.05am on Wednesday, 19 June, 2023, we were called to a report of four men injured at a building site in Rillbank Crescent, Edinburgh.
“Emergency services are in attendance and the four men have been taken to the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh.
“Health and Safety Executive has been notified.”
