A new date has been revealed for Stevie Nicks at Glasgow's Hydro after the gig was postponed.
The Fleetwood Mac icon was set to perform at the venue on Saturday, July 6.
But to the disappointment of fans, the gig was cancelled hours before due to the singer-songwriter undergoing minor surgery for a recent leg injury.
Now it has been confirmed that Stevie will perform at the Hydro on Wednesday, July 24.
Tickets bought by fans for the original show remain valid.
Fans previously expressed their disappointment at the postponement of the concert, being told just hours before the Edge of Seventeen singer was set to take to the stage.
One person said: “This honestly isn’t good enough. 2pm on the day of? Too late to cancel the hotel and I’ve only found out through my friend telling me as I’ve received no information from Ticketmaster.”
A second wrote: “This is very poor. Travel and accommodation booked and paid and now too late to cancel.
“This must have been known about before today.”
Why are you making commenting on The National only available to subscribers?
We know there are thousands of National readers who want to debate, argue and go back and forth in the comments section of our stories. We’ve got the most informed readers in Scotland, asking each other the big questions about the future of our country.
Unfortunately, though, these important debates are being spoiled by a vocal minority of trolls who aren’t really interested in the issues, try to derail the conversations, register under fake names, and post vile abuse.
So that’s why we’ve decided to make the ability to comment only available to our paying subscribers. That way, all the trolls who post abuse on our website will have to pay if they want to join the debate – and risk a permanent ban from the account that they subscribe with.
The conversation will go back to what it should be about – people who care passionately about the issues, but disagree constructively on what we should do about them. Let’s get that debate started!
