AN 18-YEAR-OLD man has been arrested and charged over the attempted murder of a 16-year-old boy at the TRNSMT music festival in Glasgow earlier this summer.

Police Scotland said the incident happened at around 3.10pm on Saturday, July 13, at Glasgow Green.

The 18-year-old is due to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Thursday, August 15, and a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
