A 44-YEAR-OLD man found seriously injured in Aberdeen has died.

Jacek Dembinski was found injured outside Rosehill Court at around 4.30pm on Tuesday.

He was taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary for treatment but died on Thursday.

His family have paid tribute in a statement released through Police Scotland.

They said: “Jacek was a much loved son, brother, brother-in-law, uncle and step-father. He will be greatly missed by all.

“We ask for our privacy as a family to be respected at this difficult time.”

A 43-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with Dembinski’s death.

He is expected to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court in due course.

A report has been submitted to the Procurator Fiscal, police said.
