A RESTAURANT and bar in a “sought-after” location in a Scottish city has been put up for sale.
Hamilton’s in Stockbridge has been under the same ownership for 16 years with agents saying it is in one of the most “desirable pitches” of Edinburgh.
Cornerstone Business Agents said: “Hamilton’s is located in Stockbridge, a sought-after and vibrant trading locale approximately a ten-minute walk north from George Street in central Edinburgh.”

The leasehold is available at offers over £99,000 for the premium and £90,000-a-year rent.
