A HOTEL on the banks of an iconic Scottish loch has been put up for sale.

The Whitebridge Hotel in Inverness, located in the “picturesque” south side of Loch Ness, has been brought to market by Graham & Sibbald.

The hotel offers 12 en-suite guest rooms which “blends traditional Scottish features with modern design”.

It also offers a lounge, a quirky café and a traditional bar while there is also a beer garden as part of the hotel.

Surveyor in the hotel and leisure department with Graham & Sibbald Emily Hewitson commented: "We are delighted to bring to the market this quirky, characterful property on the Banks of Loch Ness.
