TWO people have been taken to hospital following a crash between a van and a lorry in Fife.
Emergency services were called to a collision at Den Walk, Methil, at around 9.15am on Saturday.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service (SFRS) confirmed a person was taken to hospital by a helicopter while another was taken by an ambulance.
Emergency services said the driver of the van had to be cut out of the vehicle by fire crews.

The condition of the two people taken to hospital is currently unknown.
The street between Kirkland Road and Selkirk Street has remained closed with motorists urged to avoid the area.
A statement from Police Scotland read: “Den Walk in Methil is closed between Kirkland Road and Selkirk Street due to a serious road crash.
“We were called to the collision involving a lorry and a van around 9.15am on Saturday September 21, 2024.
“Emergency services are in attendance and people are being asked to avoid the area.”
A spokesperson for SFRS said: “We were called to a collision between a van and a HGV on Den Walk, Methil at 9.21am on Saturday.
“Crews from Methil and Kirkcaldy attended and extricated the van driver from the vehicle.
“There are two casualties, one was taken to hospital by ambulance and the air ambulance has been requested.”
