A US rapper has cancelled the remaining UK dates of his tour, including his show at the Hydro, due to health issues.
The American rapper, singer and actor Donald Glover was due to perform at the Finnieston venue on November 28 as part of his The New World Tour which was set to serve as his final farewell to his Childish Gambino stage name which he retired in July this year.
However, the 41-year-old announced on social media that the rest of his tour has been axed due to health issues.
Fans who bought tickets will be refunded.
In a statement posted on X on Friday night Glover wrote: "After my show in New Orleans, I went to the hospital in Houston to make sure of an ailment that had become apparent.
"After being assesed, it became clear i would not perform that night, and after more tests, i could not perform the rest of the US tour in the time asked.
"As of now I have surgery scheduled and need time out to heal."

He did not reveal what the surgery is for.
He continued: "My path to recovery is something I need to confront seriously.
"With that said, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the remainder of the North American tour and the UK and European dates.
"Tickets will be refunded at point of purchase. I want nothing more than to bring this show to the fans and perform.
"Until then, thanks for love, privacy, and support ."
Why are you making commenting on The National only available to subscribers?
We know there are thousands of National readers who want to debate, argue and go back and forth in the comments section of our stories. We’ve got the most informed readers in Scotland, asking each other the big questions about the future of our country.
Unfortunately, though, these important debates are being spoiled by a vocal minority of trolls who aren’t really interested in the issues, try to derail the conversations, register under fake names, and post vile abuse.
So that’s why we’ve decided to make the ability to comment only available to our paying subscribers. That way, all the trolls who post abuse on our website will have to pay if they want to join the debate – and risk a permanent ban from the account that they subscribe with.
The conversation will go back to what it should be about – people who care passionately about the issues, but disagree constructively on what we should do about them. Let’s get that debate started!
