DOZENS of people have been killed following an Israeli strike on the Jabalia refugee camp while 85 others were left wounded, according to reports.

There has not yet been any Israeli comment on the strike with residents of Jabalia saying Israel had reached the heart of the camp after pushing through suburbs and residential districts.

Israel’s bombardment of Gaza started following the October 7 attack by Hamas-led fighters on southern Israel in which 1200 people were killed.

More than 42,000 Palestinians have been killed as a result of Israel’s response, according to Gaza’s health ministry.
