TRIBUTES continue to be laid for the late former first minister Alex Salmond.

Crowds turned out to pay their respects to Salmond following the return of his body to Scotland from North Macedonia yesterday (October 18).

Images taken outside Holyrood show people have continued to leave tributes for Salmond.
