A MAJOR European retailer is set to open its fifth Scottish store later this month.

Danish family-owned brand Sostrene Grene will bring its signature Scandinavian-inspired lifestyle store to Livingstone Shopping centre later this month.

The store will open on Friday, November 22 at 10am. 

With over 300 stores worldwide, the international retailer is known for a selection of homewares, soft furnishings, kitchen products, furniture, gifts, crafts and toys.

This marks the brand’s fifth location in Scotland, as it previously opened stores in Aberdeen, Dundee and two Glasgow stores, one at St Enoch and on Buchanan Street.

To celebrate the opening, the first 100 shoppers through the doors will receive a voucher for a rug (worth over £60), along with a canvas goodie bag full of Sostrene Grene products.

UK Joint Venture Partners, Norma Jacob and Richard Power run Sostrene Grene stores across Northern Ireland, Southern England and Scotland.
