BUS services in Glasgow are subject to disruption amid reports of a bomb threat at the city's Buchanan Bus Station.
The bomb disposal unit recently arrived at the station after reports of a potentially suspicious package.
Specialist officers and a robot were pictured at the city centre travel hub after police cordoned off a large chunk of the area.
Access is restricted to several buildings on the street, including the bus station and Glasgow Caledonian University.
Officers are at the scene guarding the blue tape and bus links have been suspended.

Stagecoach have issued several updates concerning services departing and arriving at Buchannan Bus Station.
The X77 service at 16:00 Ayr to Glasgow and X77 service at 17:25 Glasgow to Ayr Doonfoot have both been cancelled.
The updates are as follows:
- All X74 services will be departing from the BMW garage on Dobbies Loan, on the A804.
- All Ayrshire Express services (X36, X76 and 77) are diverted via Bothwell Street and Wellington Street.
- All 4 services will be terminating at Commerce Street and will be departing from Bridge Street until further notice.
McGill's have also issued a statement, thanking customers for patience.
Customers have been advised of adjusted locations to services.
Updates are as follows and passengers should join:
- The 901, 906 & X7 at Waterloo Street
- The X23 at Renfield street
