A PSYCHIC’S show planned at a Highland venue has been postponed “due to unforeseen circumstances”.

The Novar Arms Hotel, located in Evanton, Ross-shire, had planned to offer its locals an “alternative experience” with “authentic psychics” specialising in floor shows and readings on Friday, December 6.

However, the business posted on its social media that it has had to postpone the psychic night. They plan on rescheduling the event in January.

The post read: “Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances Second Sight have had to postpone the Psychic Night on Friday 6th December.

“They are planning on rescheduling the night in January – tickets can be refunded in the bar or carried over to the new dates once the arrangements have been made.

“Sorry for any inconvenience.”

The irony of the cancellation was not lost on the hotel's customers as they were quick to point it out in the comments under the post.

“Thought they would have seen that coming,” said one person.

“Not a great advert for the psychic, is it?” another added.

While a third person said: “They write themselves don’t they.”
