ITV’s An Audience With Kylie aired tonight (December 10) and viewers enjoyed seeing the star answer questions and sing some of her new and old hits.
Viewers, and Kylie Minogue herself, got a surprise as one of the audience members had a very important and sweet question to ask.
First though, two young boys stood up to introduce themselves and ask a question.
They explained to Kylie that they were with their two fathers at the event which saw a whole host of celebrities in the crowd, including ITV This Morning presenter Alison Hammond and singer Olly Alexander.

After a little discussion, one of their fathers stood up to talk to Kylie too, telling her he also had a question.
He said he wanted to make the event a "memorable" one for his family and asked his partner Martin to marry him.
After asking Kylie what he should do, he listened to her advice and said "yes" in a sweet moment.
It seemed Kylie had no idea it was going to happen as she was shocked and asked if the moment really happened.
She went on to ask the couple how they met and they said it was at one of Kylie’s concerts, making it a sweet full circle moment for their family.

Why are you making commenting on The National only available to subscribers?
We know there are thousands of National readers who want to debate, argue and go back and forth in the comments section of our stories. We’ve got the most informed readers in Scotland, asking each other the big questions about the future of our country.
Unfortunately, though, these important debates are being spoiled by a vocal minority of trolls who aren’t really interested in the issues, try to derail the conversations, register under fake names, and post vile abuse.
So that’s why we’ve decided to make the ability to comment only available to our paying subscribers. That way, all the trolls who post abuse on our website will have to pay if they want to join the debate – and risk a permanent ban from the account that they subscribe with.
The conversation will go back to what it should be about – people who care passionately about the issues, but disagree constructively on what we should do about them. Let’s get that debate started!
