Britain's Got Talent returned to our TV screens tonight in the second to last episode of auditions, just days before the live semi-finals are due to start.
One of the first acts to take to the stage in front of judges Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon and Bruno Tonioli was comedian Kevin Finn who has made quite the name for himself on TikTok.
The 30-year-old who is originally from Canada now lives in Warrington and said his dream is to start a family and life here in the UK.
But although he received a huge applause and cheer on-screen during his stand-up performance, the audience at home had mixed reviews as he joked about the Northern accent and "big Tesco".

Someone commented: "Had more laughs the last time I had root canal work."
However, many others thought Kevin was a "Canadian Peter Kay".

"Kevin brilliant Yorkshire accents and thanks for bringing the BARNSLEY love #bgt #britainsgottalent #barnsley," said one fan.

Who got the golden buzzer in BGT 2024?
Just one of the several acts given the golden buzzer by Bruno throughout series 16 of BGT so far is the all-male dance group Phoenix Boys.
The group of dancers aged eight to 19, dazzled the crowd with backflips, pirouettes and split leaps during their performance to Sam Ryder’s song Tiny Riot last weekend.
Bruno, who is a professional dancer and choreographer gave the routine a standing ovation before hitting the special buzzer so hard that he cracked it.

Why are you making commenting on The National only available to subscribers?
We know there are thousands of National readers who want to debate, argue and go back and forth in the comments section of our stories. We’ve got the most informed readers in Scotland, asking each other the big questions about the future of our country.
Unfortunately, though, these important debates are being spoiled by a vocal minority of trolls who aren’t really interested in the issues, try to derail the conversations, register under fake names, and post vile abuse.
So that’s why we’ve decided to make the ability to comment only available to our paying subscribers. That way, all the trolls who post abuse on our website will have to pay if they want to join the debate – and risk a permanent ban from the account that they subscribe with.
The conversation will go back to what it should be about – people who care passionately about the issues, but disagree constructively on what we should do about them. Let’s get that debate started!
