Scott McTominay appears to have gifted his former Manchester United teammate Bruno Fernandes a special present.

Taking to social media, the Man United captain shared an image of a 'McTominay 8' Napoli jersey.

The pair were reunited on Tuesday night, a little over a month on from McTominay's departure from Old Trafford for Naples.

The midfielder has made a fine start to life in Serie A, with two goals and an assist to his name already, with Billy Gilmour waiting in the wings for his chance to impress under Antonio Conte.

There was certainly no love lost between McTominay and Fernandes on the Hampden Park pitch.

During the first-half, the former crunched into a late tackle on Fernandes, which rightly resulted in a yellow card for the Scotland international.

Bruno appeared to have some choice words for his old midfield partner after he got back to his feet.

However, it seems that all was good between the pair again after the match, with McTominay appearing to have provided his old skipper with a Napoli gift.

Tagging the 27-year-old on his Instagram story, the Portuguese playmaker wrote: "The name that's conquered the heart of Napoli," while sharing a photo of the strip.
